For Cajun Seafood Gumbo mix: Use 1-2 poounds of your choice of seafood (crawfish-shrimp-crabs) In a large pot add contents of Cajun Gumbo mix with 2 1/2 quarts of cold water. Stir to get lumps out. If you prefer a thinner gumbo mix just add 1/2 cup more of cold water until it is at the consistency you want. Add the above seafood mixture cooking on lower fire for 15-20 minutes longer. (If you want to add a can of whole tomatoes or a can of rotel sauces, simply subtract that amount of liguid from the total water you start with.
