Creole Jambalaya is a reddish orange rice mix with your choice of meat and seasonings with easy to follow instruction on each bag.

Directions for making Creole Jambalaya: Add 3 large tablespoons of cooking oil in a 2 quart pan. Add 1 1/2 pounds of your choice of meat or seafood. Fry the meat down on medium fire until cook. Add all the Creole Jambalaya mix with the above and add 3 cups of cold water. Stir once and let come to a rolling boil, lower fire to 3 on stove, cover with lid and cook 25-30 minutes. Delicious!
If you are using a rice cooker to do the above, only add 2 3/4 cups of cold water.
