Jambalaya for a Large Group

Ingredients

  • Desired amount of Mild Jambalaya Mix
  • Desired meat(sausage, chicken, pork etc.)
  • 4 cups of water to every 2 1/2 cups of rice mix.

Instructions

  • Cook desired meat in 3 tablespoons of cooking oil.
  • Add desired amount of Mild Jambalaya and water.
  • Bring to a boil, stir once and cover with lid.
  • Put fire on low and cook 25-30 minutes.

* 1 Pound of rice mix makes approximately 10 servings.
*  For every 2 1/2 cups of rice mix, use 1 to 1 1/2 pounds of desired meat.
* 10 cups of rice needs 14 cups of water.
