Ingredients
- Desired amount of Mild Jambalaya Mix
- Desired meat(sausage, chicken, pork etc.)
- 4 cups of water to every 2 1/2 cups of rice mix.
Instructions
- Cook desired meat in 3 tablespoons of cooking oil.
- Add desired amount of Mild Jambalaya and water.
- Bring to a boil, stir once and cover with lid.
- Put fire on low and cook 25-30 minutes.
* 1 Pound of rice mix makes approximately 10 servings.
* For every 2 1/2 cups of rice mix, use 1 to 1 1/2 pounds of desired meat.
* 10 cups of rice needs 14 cups of water.
This is THE BEST JAMBALAYA EVER!!!!! We make the mild for our daughter and the spicy for us. We have brought both for large groups and every one just raves. I am so happy to be able to order it directly. I have quite a few friends, family, and co-workers hooked on it now. 🙂
